Basic package (ideal for simple/straightforward projects)

A fixed fee from as little as 7.5% of the project cost

2D Architectural design drawings with limited changes that will fulfill Planning Permission requirements.

Basic technical design/drawings to the required specification for building regulation approval.

Liaising with other engineers i.e structural, electrical

This package doesn’t cover any additional services such as project management, party-wall act assistance, or any construction advice.

Supply of one hard copy of the drawings .
Comprehensive package

A fixed fee from as little as 15% of the project cost

Architectural design drawings with limitless changes in 2D and 3D that will fulfill Planning Permission requirements.

Architectural and technical drawings/design/details, including bespoke technical design to the required specification for building regulation approval.

Liaising with other engineers i.e structural, electrical etc

A checklist of any other specialists reports you need i.e flood, bat, coal, environment etc, although you will need to commission the reports separately

This package does cover project management, party-wall act assistance, or any construction advice from the first day to the completion.

Completion of application forms for Planning Permission and Building Regulations

For an additional agreed fee, this package will cover the interior design work, finishing material selection or any additional support during the construction period of the project.

Supply of three hard & one digital copy of the drawings.
