Often extending your home can be a much more cost effective option to gain more space than moving house. It has the added bonus that you get to design the extra space to fit exactly around your needs and thinking through who/how/when the new rooms will be used, and what you’re ideally wanting to achieve is something I can help you with.
Once you’ve got a clear vision of how you want your ’new’ home to be, I can take care of everything; from initial design concepts, to preparing full architectural and technical drawings, gaining Planning Permission, ensuring you comply with Building Regulations through to liaising with other professionals ie structural engineers, surveyors etc. In other words a complete end-to-end service including full project management if required.
Alternatively, if you’re the sort of person who likes to get ‘hands on’ you might decide to do some of the work yourself. If that’s the case that’s no problem, as I’m happy to work alongside you offering my knowledge and expertise as and when you need it. Below is a list of some of the key services I offer.
