Dennis Morris

I am 64 years of age, and I have a lifetime of experience within the construction industry.

Presently, my main work is providing engineering calculations to builders and architects to submit to building control, but, supporting these calculations, I have much knowledge of project management, both large and small, and of general building.

My history includes the management of the brickwork and concrete frame work of the Meadowhall shopping centre in Sheffield, the brickwork and bridgework of the Sheffield Supertram, the complete management of a sixty-seven bedroom nursing home in Sheffield, a leisure centre in Milton Keynes, office buildings in Halifax, a docklands development in Liverpool, housing estates in Halifax, Todmorden, Chesterfield, and many other places, and a multitude of industrial developments. I also have much experience in renovation both locally and in London and in dealing with listed buildings. For twenty years, I ran my own specialist underpinning company.

I am happy to have my name associated with Architectural Improvements Ltd., and I have worked successfully with Anwar on many occasions.
